Upon this tour, you will be able to visit Tarangire National Park (where you will have a spectacular view of Tarangire river, lions, buffalos, wildebeests, and leopards), Lake Eyasi (you will meet the Hadzabe tribe and learn their culture for example: how to dig herbs, gather wild fruits, hunting and livestock keeping) and Ngorongoro Crater (where you enjoy the “big five” and other small animals).

1ST DAY: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

What to do:
Pick up from Arusha airport/from the hotel and start to drive to Tarangire National Park. You will cover a distance of 130km which is approximately 2 hours drive.
Tarangire National Park is home for elephants, big herds of buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, lions, leopards, warthogs, ostrich and many species of birds.
Later in the afternoon, you will drive to the picnic site for lunch while enjoying a good spectacular view of the Tarangire River.

2ND DAY: KARATU – LAKE EYASI – KARATU

What to do:
Pick up by 5 am and start driving to meet the Hadzabe tribe before they start moving to hunt. Meet the Hadzabe for morning smoke as a ritual before start hunting.
Leave with your local guide and translator hunting tour.
Here you will learn how to hunt by using bows and arrows. Learn how to dig herbs and win fruits or food. Later drive to meet the Datoga tribes.
Learn how do they keep the cow and use the cow skins to make clothes.
Learn how to make food by using local means. After lunch visit onions plantation and later drive to Farm of Dreams overnight.
Meal plan: dinner, breakfast, and lunch.

3RD DAY: NGORONGORO CRATER- ARUSHA
What to do:
Morning breakfast by 6 am and drive to Ngorongoro for half day crater tour at this broken caldera.
Ngorongoro is home for rhinos, elephants, lions, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, warthogs and many species of birds.
Later drive for lunch at the picnic site while enjoying the hippos pool. After lunch continues with game drive.
In the evening drive to Arusha.
